Unique historic hotel, offered a traditional tatami room that my family experienced for their first time in Japan. Rooms were spacious enough for our stay, nice that we could have two separate sleeping areas. Walkable to the Asato monorail and the Sakaemachi Arcade. Parking was nice. A wonderful experience for our family on their visit to Okinawa.

This is a very old and historic hotel but they did very nice renovation inside. I love their hotel history and neighborhood, not so much touristy but convenient enough to walk to Kokuso Dori and take a quick taxi ride to Shuri. The big public bath is great and their breakfast is nice. Even though we arrived after midnight, the hotel stuff is very kind to open the public bath only for us. The reception stuff are all kind and helpful but Japanese of a couple of foreign stuff is not good enough so they could not answer our questions and made us confused about how to get to Shuri and taxi fare from the airport. Hope they have more training of Japanese conversation. We definitely come back there.

Okinawa Hotel is getting old, but Staff and breakfast are great. The Japanese baths are also good to soak and relax... men and women are separate. Coin laundry has 3 washers and 3 dryers right next to baths. Location is good for us, easy access to bus, down town, and monorail. We stay here each time we can.

Breakfast buffet is awesome! Public bath is great. Men and Women are separate and the pools are nice and hot. No chemicals like in USA. You clean yourself first, then soak. Staff is very nice. Hotel has parking for rental car, 800yen a day. Hotel is getting worn, but people are doing there to make your stay nice. Coin laundry is next to bath so easy, about 500yen to do a wash and dry load. Asato monorail station is close by, as is the DFS and T Galleria shopping areas. DFS also has easy to use Sky Rental car center. Free Wifi is in lobby, breakfast room and by bath, not in rooms we have stayed in.

The hotel is an older facility, the rooms small but comfortable. They cater more to Japanese groups but they are very helpful with foreign visitors. The staff is awesome, going out of their way to make you feel at home. They have a great breakfast buffet and the hotel is not far away from Kokusai St. There is a Lawson up the block from them and a full service grocery store a few blocks away. We were in Okinawa for karate training and its a good place to stay!

Very dirty carpets throughout and the buffet was down right scary. I recommend you do not stay here. The staff was very nice though.

Very nice hotel for the price. It's not new but clean and people work there are so friendly. I love huge bathtub for everyone can use. Clean clean clean! Also the location is very good.

We had a problem with our checkin since we missed our plane from Tokyo. However, the staff was friendly and tried their best to accommodate us despite their inability to speak English fluently. Rooms were alright. Would recommended this to our friends. I was affordable and decent for one night stay.

Very good place to stay. Staff speaks English and does their best to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast is great with a good selection each day. TV remote has English translation, AC is easy with big orange button for on/off and up/down buttons to control temp. Wired internet in room, wireless in lobby and they have a small laptop you can use for free in the lobby also. Public bath is very nice, as is the bathroom in the room. We will stay again.
