冬休みに家族5人で利用させて頂きました。接客は親切丁寧です。ゲレンデも目の前で3歳児から中学校まで大喜び。前日に降雪があったので雪質も最高でした。施設は古さを感じますが総合的に良いホテルさんでした。

酒店遠離亅R站，車程要50分鐘。除非自駕遊，否則必須依賴接送服務，惟酒店只提供2個時間選擇，必須小心可能影響其他行程。接送車非常殘舊汚糟。另㚈，酒店有私人的室㚈溫泉可供服務，惟只提供一次服務，雖然應要求加多一次，但原來的安排未能滿足一般需求。食物質素一般而已。大部分員工不能應付普通英語。
