Rooftop onsen was relaxing. Quiet neighborhood outside of central Shinjuku. Air conditioning in August was necessary, but sometimes the room felt hot and stuffy in the early morning.

We stayed here during the hot August days. It was always super nice to get back to the hotel, where it was cool and comfortable. The onsen was awesome, and had amazing views of Tokyo. The restaurant on site was super delicious. We had two phenomenal breakfasts there. The hotel is centrally located in Shinjuku and we walked everywhere. The subways are close by, and make the entire city very accessible. Overall, we had a great experience here and highly recommend it.

Very quiet and relaxing. Staff were very nice and polite. The only gripe I had was the lighting for makeup was very poor, but other that I would highly recommend to stay in.

Loved the location but check in/out was difficult. There were staff around the check in area but they expected everyone to self check in and check out on a computer. Not everyone is computer savvy and especially in a foreign country.

Feels peaceful and relaxing staying here after many days of adventurous. I got there early so they keep my luggages until I come back to check-in at 3:00pm. My twin bedroom and bathroom are so clean. There’re 7 Eleven across from hotel and walkable to some restaurants nearby. It take about 20 minutes to walk to the mall. Very helpful receptionist helped me to check in and check out. The Onsen hot spring water is a bonus plus the free ice cream retreats afterward.

Very impressive classic, tasty Japanese breakfast. Beautiful quiet onsen, that opens long hours and offers ice cream as a treat afterwards. The short coming is it seems a bit far from night life and day activities, and you have to buy detergent from the outside to use its laundry machine. But in general, a very nice hotel for foreigners.

A quiet little hotel with a very zen-like atmosphere. The room was small, but that is to be expected. The onsen bath was a big hit, and the Japanese breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced. Drawback: no in-room safe which was surprising, and a bit of a walk to metro station.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located. However the rooms are very small, and the AC is centrally controlled so you cannot change the temperature. We went in July and the room felt very cramped and hot.
