Fantastic place to stay at! Easy to get to and the view of the river with sakura trees are absolutely beautiful! The hotel management were incredibly helpful and kind. They didn't really speak English but they went out of their way to try to understand us. They even had us write some words down so they could google the translation.

hotel located 3 minute walk from JR station, two station from Osaka Station where all shopping, eating are there, very convenient, a nice riverside park full of Sakura planted. Hotel is a little old in facility and arrangement but everything works as expected, I travel with my wife checked in a double room but the bed was too small (1.2M wide) for two people.

I chose the hotel as I have a meeting nearby the next day and then need to go to Kansai Airport. It is close to the train on the Osaka Loop line. The hotel is dated, and no WiFi in the room, but serves my purpose and the staff with limited English is helpful.

Room has no view. Decoration a bit old. Bathroom too small. Quadruple room is actually converted from a 1 room junior suite. Bedroom is small for 2 single beds. Living room was converted to 2 single beds. Appreciated the 2 complimentary orange juice and 2 bottled drinking water daily. Stayed there for 3 nights. Good location near to train station. And convenience store. Front desk very polite but can only converse in limited English.

very nice hotel, large room compared to other Japanese hotel rooms. very convenient stay; next to train station, Lawson store right outside station good for quick snacks. would stay here again - wanted to go to Osaka Castle, and this hotel made it very easy to travel.

Hotel was a very convenient 2 min walk from Sakuranomiya station on the JR Osaka Loop Line. Decor was rather tired and dated, but our room was spotlessly clean. Incredibly hard pillows. Hotel staff friendly. Very quiet neighbourhood. Not much by way of food and entertainment in the immediate vicinity, but we stumbled onto a great food district N of Temma Station (one stop anticlockwise on loop line)

Hotel is very dated but we found it comfortable and convenient. Staff didn't seem very interested, not sure how many foreign travelers stay here. We found our room very comfortable for a family of 4. Easy walk to train station that is on the Osaka Loop line and only two stops to Osaka/Umeda station. They have unplugged the wireless access points on all the floors so we had to go downstairs to access the complimentary internet.
