RIght next to airport yet is completely silent. This is an excellent hotel, service was fantastic, room was large, service was amazing (really amazing help at and after checkin). The place was immaculately clean. Loved our brief stay.

I loved this property! It was absolutely comfortable, spacious and quiet. Loved the view of the airport planes and distant mountains. It also has an Olsen to relax and just enjoy quietness. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Usually the last day visits to Japan, I try to stay closer to the airport, and I will absolutely come back to this place! I wish I could have stayed longer. Thanks so much!

This is the most comfortable hotel on earth. Everything actually is perfect. A traveler who comes to Hokkaido probably spends over 24 hours in airports or airplanes and thus is worn out. The Portom erases that discomfort so the travelers can be ready to enjoy this beautiful island. It is the best.

Booked this hotel due to the stellar reviews, and I must say that I completely agree with the well-deserved ratings. Super top-notch in every aspect. Incredible architecture. Bonus was the serene onsen and the fabulous breakfast buffet, both of which we had to ourselves at the time of our stay. Worth every penny.

I highly recommend this hotel! Rooms are very comfortable, well appointed, and the rest of the hotel design is sublime. Staff is very helpful and professional. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Late night food at the bar was great. The highlight, though, was the hot springs! Very easy to use, and so relaxing!

This hotel is like a first class ticket. You don’t want to leave it. Unbelievably clean, large comfortable rooms (even by American standards), incredible amenities, beautiful Onsen. They thought of everything. Take a night to wind down or sleep in before your travels. It’s well worth it and not crazy $.

Absolutely amaing experience from start to finish. Such an amazing airport hotel after a long travel bout. The onsen was beautiful and breakfast was one of the best breakfast I have ever had in my life. Very accommodating in every way possible, attentive staff and spotless facility.
