I had a pleasant stay on this hotel. The staff was friendly and helped me to ship my bag from Tokyo to Osaka. They replied promptly on the Expedia app with any questions that I had. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with some of the food options changing daily. The hotel does housekeeping every 2 days, but that was suitable for me as I was by myself. The only minor complaint I have is that my room faced a wall from an adjacent building, but I was still able to have natural light in the room.

All the staff here have excellent service skills. From front desk, to breakfast to cleaners. Very happy with the staff. The breakfast is delicious and decent amount of choices. The location is great. 10 minutes walk to a major subway and 5 minutes to a shopping and nightlife district. The rooms are very small, just like most hotels in the area. I can happily recommend this hotel.

It was a good place in the heart of the city. The room is small so it was a bit tight with XL luggage but besides that, it was clean and had amenities like toothbrushes and body scrub towels.

Had a decent stay here while visiting Tokyo! Giving this 3/5 stars. You couldn’t open the window which was very unfortunate considering there isn’t any A/C in the room, the air is all centralized by the hotel. Room can get very hot.
