This place was great for my family and I. They loved the private onsen and overall it was mostly clean. The only downside was the mold on the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom. But other than that, we loved it here.

Great amenities, spacious villa with a private onsen bath. If I had one criticism, the main bathroom had a musty, wet rag odor indicating possible mold/mildew growth. Suggest management use bleach solution or a power jet washer to thoroughly clean the bathroom areas. Other than that, family had a good stay and u recommend this property.

One of the best places we stayed at in Japan! Truly a luxury stay with so much space for activities! Provided sparkling waters, slippers, disposable towels, self-care gifts, & various amenities. We walked to a soba place nearby for dinner & Lawson for late night snacks.
The only con is check-in is after 3pm & since it is a self check-in you would have to leave your luggage in the lockers at the station if you had other activities planned & didn’t want to lug your luggage around. We rode the bus to Owakudani & luckily they had lockers available there so we could shop luggage free & enjoy the sight.
Otherwise, we had a magnificent stay. Can’t wait to come back in the near future!

Truly the highest quality and roomiest accommodation I have experienced in Japan. Perfect for families. Every detail was thought of. I hope to stay here again. There is a tablet computer inside where you complete your check-in with a video call, but I couldn’t reach anyone after many attempts in the evening and morning. Check-out was very easy.

Great villa for kids and we enjoyed it very much. One thing to note/suggest if you are staying at the south villas, we found the route from the car park lot to the villa was a little bit dangerous when travelling with children with luggage as it was the main road with cars and buses driving past, no pedestrian path was available. the route needs to be improved. Everything else about the villa was excellent.

The property was great! There were lots of useful things in the property and we enjoyed our stay. One thing we didn't like was that the cushions for outside foot bath were wet before we used them. Others were great and we definitely go back there again.

ビールサーバーを楽しみにしていましたが、機械の不具合でオペレーターの方にも聞きながら一旦は直りましたが、結局使用できず残念でした。
その他は別荘に遊びにきた雰囲気でとても良かったです。
初めての利用で食材調達など勝手がわからなかった1日目。2日目は少し慣れて上手に過ごせました。
また利用したいです。

清掃も行き届いており、備品も充実しています。
強いて言えば目の前の道路を通過する車の走行音が気になりました。
特に夜、寝る前に気になります。
備品ではコーヒーメーカーの中が、コーヒー粕がこびり付いており、しばらく茶色いお湯が出て来ました。

先日、家族旅行でこちらのリゾートホテルに宿泊しました。正直、今まで利用したRakuten Stayの中で最も満足度が低い滞在でした。
まず、駐車場についての事前案内がなく、到着時に戸惑いました。家族連れでの利用も多いはずですが、その点への配慮は全く感じられませんでした。
室内の清掃状態にも問題がありました。ソファには汚れが目立ち、とても座る気になれませんでした。テラスの芝生は手入れされておらず、テーブルには前の宿泊者の食べこぼし跡がそのままでした。浴槽の水も循環されておらず、不純物が浮いている状態で、使用をためらいました。寝具だけはきちんと整えられていたのが唯一の安心材料でした。
また、立地も便利とは言えず、サービスや施設の質を考えるとコストパフォーマンスも非常に悪いと感じました。

北館を利用させてもらいした。
荷物搬入用の駐車スペースは入口は狭いものの自分的には問題無しでした（車種はハリアー）
しかし南館併設の駐車場はすごくわかりにくい。
日が落ちるタイミングだったので見辛く何度も通り過ぎてしまい周辺をグルグル周りながらなんとか辿り着きました。
北館にも駐車スペースが確保できたら完璧だったと思います。
そんなことより家族は大変満足しておりここの系列の他のとこも行ってみたいと言ってます。
また利用したい施設になりました。
1個気になったのは部屋に大量の殺虫剤があり、虫が多い時期に来たらちょっと大変そうだなって思いました。
