the hotel very clean, neat and comfortable. it feels like home.. very recommended near to the shin-osaka station which is the hub station for shinkansen, and JR.

Great location near Shin-Osaka station, great room

It was a serviced apartment instead of hotel. The size of room is spacious compare with regular hotel in Japan. It was equipped with complete facilities such as Kimono, microwave. Washing machine and WiFi for free.

the hotel is tidy, fit for family, and providing a free tea/coffee which is valuable for us in winter season. the staff has awesome service. The location is close to train station and supermarket. we are very comfort staying in this hotel and willing to come back in next holiday season. overall is awesome!

Nice hotel near Shin Osaka Station. The hotel has everything we need from kitchen washing machine etc. close to convenience stores too. The staffs were very nice & friendly. They have very nice matcha latte in their kitchen area.

the hotel is minimalist, but very pleasant. check in fast, thanks for the key. in the room there is a washing machine, clothesline, stove, cutlery, complete. and 24hr tea free coffee n machines. very satisfied every day for free coffee at this hotel. satisfied also with the service and facilities. pingin balik lg to this hotel. kangennnnn

Room is good and modern and stylist.

Hotel room is spacious, super clean with complete facilities and there is manual book in english. Matcha latte at dining room is free and so delicious. Location is super strategic especially if you are a JR pass holder, only 5 minutes walk from the station, but the room is so quiet. 24 hours family mart just few meters, as well as the restaurants. I definitely recommend it.

One of the best hotel in Osaka. Spacious room and easy access to Shin-Osaka. There’s a 24 hr restaurant nearby across of Shin-Osaka east exit. Love it so much that we’re going to stay here again on our next visit! ps: make sure you use the east exit from Shin-Osaka.

Great location, near family mart and shin osaka station. Hotel is clean and although the cleaner does not clean the room daily, it is ok.

I had the most pleasant stay here! Love the spacious room and all the amenities in the room! Never imagined I would have a washing machine, kitchen set full with the tools in hotel room. Besides that, the staffs are also friendly and so helpful, they even helped us to put our luggage in our room without being asked. So appreciated! At last, me and my friends love to stay here and for those of you who want to find a totally worth it room in Shin Osaka, you must choose this place! One more thing to be added, their location is so close with the Shin Osaka east gate station, I think less than 5 mins. Totally love this place!!
