Great location for your last night in Japan if you're flying out of Narita. Walking distance to a lovely park/temple and restaurants. The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport which is a very nice perk.

成田到着が夜で後泊で利用させて頂きまし。シングル部屋を9歳の息子と利用しましたが、ベッドのサイズも思ってたよシングルとセミダブルの中間のサイズで、快適に睡眠できました。時差ボケもあり熟睡。朝食を逃す、という失態を人生で初めてしましたが、チェックアウト際に未使用の朝食券に気づいたフロントの女性が、朝食券をお土産(箱菓子)に交換できる旨案内してくださり、大変感激しました。場所柄、朝食時間前に空港に出発する方もいるかと思いますので、大変嬉しいシステムで感激しました。
洗顔料やシャンプー等のアメニティ各種が、夜にはフロントエリアに沢山出ています。朝は、限られたもののみが、フロントデスクに置かれています。夜、フェイスクリームを取り忘れてしまったので、朝、フロントデスクに取りに行ったところ、フェイスクリームはカゴに出ていませんでした。フロントの男性スタッフに、フェイスクリームが欲しい旨伝えると、「シェイビングクリームだったら、そこにあります。」と。女性の宿泊客への対応としては、どうかと思いました。再度、「いや、シェイビングクリームではなく、フェイスクリームが欲しいんですね。」と伝えると、渋々と中から取ってきて下さいましたが、日本のホテルの対応としてはどうかと、驚きました。その他は、とても快適に過ごしましたので、一点残念な点です。又、機会がありましたら、利用させて頂くつもりです。ありがとうございました。

I stayed at the Richmond hotel for 1 night, as I had an early flight from Narita international airport the next day!! The room was very spacious and the staff were friendly. It's within walking distance to a couple of train stations, including one that takes you directly to Narita airport. I could have easily stayed there for more time and there were at least a couple of Lawson's stores nearby too :)

Held bags until check-in & able to store bags for a few hours after checkout to do some exploring before departing Narita. Unfortunately shuttle bus service to airport only provided in the morning but train station was only ~5 minute walk from hotel and allowed easy transfer to the airport.
Really enjoyed a few hours touring Narita.

We stayed at the Richmond for one night after a late arrival from an international flight. Unfortunately they no longer operate a shuttle bus from the airport (only to the airport) but we found a super friendly taxi driver to take us to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good with Japanese and Western options. The hotel has some shops and dining options nearby. It is very close to Narita train station which made it easy to travel onwards.

Conveniently located near the Keisei Narita Station which is handy to get to and from the airport as well as travelling into Tokyo.
A good short walk to Naritasan area as well as shops and great variety of eateries close by. Staff very helpful. The room we had with 2 single beds on level 6 was quite roomy and comfortable.

I had already paid for breakfast and realized I have to leave for the airport before they opened. They offered me a gift instead which was unexpected and so thoughtful. My bag that I had delivered was in my room. The staff are professional, kind and gracious here. I would recommend this hotel

We are 4 friends travelling, I know some would preferred to have their own bed, but for us it is better to have more space to move around. My suggestion is that guest be given their preferred bed setup option, , i.e., 2 queens or 1 queen/2twins, etc. Thanks!
