那覇空港から電車でつながっており雨が降っていましたが濡れる事なく到着できジャングリア行きバス乗り場、国際通りまでも歩いて行ける距離綺麗なホテルで安心して宿泊出来ました
朝食も沖縄らしいお料理もあり大満足です

Aside from initially having a bit of trouble finding the hotel entrance, parking was immediately taken care of by staff who helped us with valet service (free). From the moment we checked in, we could feel that this hotel operates with a very meticulous and professional approach. Both the staff and managers paid close attention to detail and were very courteous. During check-in, we were served a refreshing cold drink, and every detail was carefully explained to us. The breakfast was excellent, and the view from the high floors was beautiful. The subway station is right downstairs, making transportation extremely convenient. In the evening, we even walked back to the hotel from 國際通—everything was incredibly convenient and comfortable. highly recommend hotel

The reception was exceptional- Thapa Kalpana especially- from check in to accommodating my request for champagne glasses, bucket & ice as it was my birthday.
The rest of the staff was courteous & attentive.
The breakfast buffet was excellent.
The room was the most spacious in any of the Japan hotels I stayed in- clean…the view from my room was phenomenal!
It’s so convenient to go to shopping malls, restaurants and the monorail!
I loved it that I asked my family who’s visiting my brother to book at Righa Royal. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience for two nights at the hotel Righa royal Okinawa. Clean, spacious and comfy bed!
We had the room with the bath view of the city, which was beautiful, though may not be for anyone afraid of heights!
The main selling point of this hotel is the staff throughout. Everyone was so lovely, helpful, and the food in the restaurant was incredible. They added some nice touches as it was our honeymoon as well.

Great for transportation, next to Asahibashi monorail station and Naha bus terminal. Only 6 stops to Naha airport. There is also a tourist centre and Starbucks in the OPA mall across the road. The room is spacious with a walk-in closet and dry/wet separated bathroom.

Was upgraded to 13th floor room, but unsure which room spec exactly. 4.5 star hotel rating feels about right: feels quite upclass, decor, fixtures and fittings feel premium, etc. Very clean. Staff super helpful and polite. Very convenient location, on the edge of central Naha, and just across the street from the bus station, and monorail station that connects direct to the airport. Expensive but very nice restaurant.
Only criticisms: there is no room service (which seems odd for a 4.5 star hotel), and the in room safe was in a draw and too shallow for my DSLR camera.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were very comfortable and were perfect for our stay. The location was perfect and very convenient to the station for getting around Naha. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Naha.
