受付スタッフの対応もよく、満足です。ホテルの設備等も価格以上でした。また、道が渋滞しておりチェックインが遅い時間になりそうな旨を電話で伝えると、駐車場の心配までして頂いた。こちらの要望以上の事に気が付けるスタッフがいるのは非常に気分が良いです。ありがとうございました。

I particularly liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The room though, tight, was very comfortable. The hotel is right in the city centre a short walk from both the bus and train station. A regular bus from Centrair Nagoya Airport (NGO) arrives into it. There are plenty of eating options around the hotel. The museum is worth a visit too. Across the road from the entrance there is also a Starbucks. I would recommend the hotel. For those needing to stay in the Yokkaichi-Shi area or as an option for those wishing to attend a race at Suzuka race track.

マニュアル上仕方ないのは承知の上ですが、日中の気温が30℃近くまで上がったにも関わらず、エアコンが暖房になっていたのが残念でした。ゴールデンウィーク明けまではそういう決まりとのこと。高齢者や子どもなどに体調不良者が出る可能性があるので、臨機応変に対応いただければと思います。

数年前から利用しているがコンディションは保たれている。しかし値段は倍ぐらいになっているように感じる。フロントが元気がない。あとエレベーターを乗換えるのも面倒。wifi遅いのは致命的。
