Stayed for 9 days and 8 nights. Excellent location, which is at the less crowded side of Shibuya. Close to the train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely will book here again.

Amazing start at sequence Miyashita Park. Staff were very helpful & accommodating, rooms were exceptional and amazing views of Shibuya. 10 minute walk from the station and had a great shopping complex on doorstep. Couldn’t fault our honeymoon stay! 5* all round!!

This was the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Tokyo! Safe area. Attached to a beautiful park. I got the park view room on the 17th floor and the view was sooo worth the price compared to other hotels in the area. The location is perfect with just a few minute walk to the train and shibuya crossing. They let you store your luggage on check in day. The staff is sooooo nice. I plan to stay here again when I come back to Tokyo in the future!

Nice hotel lobby with a bar where you can sit and hang out. Mostly young adults in this area. It’s in the heart of Shibuya. Convenient location with shoppings and dining options. Staff or nice. Strong Wi-Fi.

One free drink at the bar, nice. Breakfast is delicious and staff is super friendly and very helpful. The only thing is the laundry. Only 2 coin machines and make the laundry very challenging.

Location is excellent for shopping, eating and public transportation. However our room was above train tracks. I used ear plugs to avoid the noise. The room size was decent but the bathroom was very small. I’m a small person and felt claustrophobic using it. There’s only 2 laundry machines in the building. Takes 2 hours to wash and dry. Had to add another 1.5 for the dryer and my clothes were still wet. My loads were small.
