Shikaribetsu Lakeside Onsen Hotel Fusui

Right next to the lake, so picturesque even when the lake was completely frozen. The staff were super nice and attentive, good with speaking English too. Onsen was amazing. Definitely recommend.

very old hotel. we had to change the room because the ceiling was leaking in the original given room. service was excellent. one of the staff drove almost 50 minutes to send us to the nearest JR station on the check out date which was a big plus. thank you very much.

Great Late View with the best-in-calss location. Food was solo, could be improved!

Upon checking in, the man who handled our reservation refused to honor that our room came with three futons although it was clearly printed on his reservation form. Insisted that we have only paid for two adults this two futons despite it printed black and white in both my confirmation and his copy of the reservation form that there should be three futon. Attempted to then charge me another 7600 yen for a 4 year old and told me in Japanese children do not eat and sleep. Tried Waved me off and only backed off when my husband stepped in. He then honored what the hotel is legally committed to provided. His sexist attitude shocked me and ruined that part of our holidays. Left a very bad taste for a foreigner in the country. Apart from the shocking attitude, There’s not much amenities in this hotel and rooms needs upgrading. We paid about S$367 per night and it’s really not worth it. No woman should be subjected to such appalling discriminating behavior in this time and age.

Lakeside new wing room -- quiet lake, nice room. Decided to stay an additional day to have the right place to recover from long hike. The onsen has a minimal but pleasant outdoor pool overlooking the lake.

great place to refresh. stunning nature, nice people. the kotan ice festival is much fun, don't miss the open hot spring on the frozen lake.

Just return from our trip. Nice place to explore especially the ice but it's very inaccessible. Thankfully we manage to arrange for the hotel van to pick up and send us to the JR station. Otherwise

食事も美味しく、景色も良くゆっくり休めました。

ご飯も美味しく、なんと言っても露天風呂からの絶景が最高でした。運が良ければ満点の星空を見ながら露天風呂を楽しめます。

古いが、清掃が良く出来てる。

大雪国立公園の大自然に囲まれて、しばし、身体全体で　リフレッシュできました。スタッフの皆様は、フロントも売店も、とても親切です。朝、夜の食事のサーブ担当者はこのご時世、半分が外人部隊ではありますが、言葉の不便もなく、丁寧で、良かったです。

然別湖の唇山がお部屋の真正面でとても景色が良かった お部屋も古いながらも綺麗で玄関 洗面まわりがとても広かったです 温泉も湖に面していて癒されるお湯でしたし、今回頂きました風水膳は品数がとても多くて楽しめました、朝食も地元のお店のものだったりで、種類は少ないですがとても美味しかったです

服務親切，值得再來

館内の掃除は行き届いているほか、夕食・朝食も美味しく満足でした。また、泉質もとても良かったです。ただ、客室によって違いがあるのかもしれませんが、私たち家族が泊まった客室では、コンセントが洗面台にしかなく、家族のスマートホンの充電に困りました。携帯デバイス化が進んでいる時代なだけに、客間スペースにコンセントがぜひ欲しいと感じました。

湖畔に佇む一軒のホテルで、自然と静けさを求めるには申し分なホテルでした。 また泊まりたいと思いました‼️
