We booked this property for 5 nights but upon arrival quickly pivoted, staying only 1 night and moving to a much nicer area for the remainder of our trip. There are decent areas in shinjuku, this isn’t one of them. The hotel itself has the feel of trying to dress up something of poor quality. The details just don’t line up with the 4 star classification.

Lovely hotel with great amenities. Restaurant served excellent breakfast with lots of variety. The rooftop terrace has a pretty poor menu - we went once and vowed we would never return there. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Didn’t love the self check in but otherwise, had a lovely stay!

In the middle of party city and shopping center . Wonderful location no pool . Air doesn’t really get cold at the hotel call hotel staff several times about the air .
