Everything was excellent! I think for Tokyo, room was a really good size. Very clean and modern. No cigarette smell that many people have stated. Great location, nice quiet neighbourhood but right next to metro station! Brilliant breakfast, no noise, great price for Tokyo can't recommend enough!

The staff are all friendly. The room is small but clean. Cleaning service is provided every three days, but towels are replaced every day, which is a minimalist service that I found perfect. There are stations and convenience stores nearby, so it's convenient.

My room window opened toward the wall from the other building. The adjacent rooms had a better view. This was not a big deal and other than that and specially for the price. I am quite happy.

The rooms were very small, but honestly, based on my wife’s knowledge of Japan, that was to be expected. It is a very high populated area, and space is very limited. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly. The place was clean. The rooms only get cleaned, every three days. Not good for people with small children. My only complaint is that all of the TV stations are broadcasted in Japanese. That was not cool.
