Truly felt like a home away from home! Self contained apartment with you all need, including essential toiletries and towels for the amount of nights you're staying. The room was clean and in a great location, and the hostess was the kindest soul I had ever met. Will definitely come back when I return to the Fukuoka area. ありがとうございます!

A nice place in general. A thing to note if you're bringing a huge luggage is that there is no elevator from the ground to the first floor, where the hotel's office is located.

これは宿泊施設ではなくエクスペディアの問題ではないかと思うのですが、宿泊予約した日から毎日のようにチェックインのお知らせメールが毎日届きました。マジで嫌になるくらい…途中でキャンセルしようかと思ったくらいです。
メールの本文のリンク先にチェックイン方法がおそらく書かれているんだろうと思うんですが、リンクが不明なハイフンが続いているので開けない。
とりあえずフロントに行くとすぐにスタッフさんが来てくれて笑顔で応対して頂きました。
隣の有料駐車場に止めてきたんですが、無料の駐車場を設けているので移動してくれとの事。もしかしたらリンク先に書かれていたかもしれないんですが、僕の負担なのでいいですと伝えると、「いろいろ問題が起きるといけないのでどうしても移動してほしい」との事でした。
なんだかなぁ…と強く感じました。
おまけに指定された駐車場へ行くと駐車場の真ん中でワゴン車に荷物の積み下ろしをしている人たちが…悪びれもせず車も移動しようとしない。
チェックインまでは散々でした。
部屋については汚くはないんですが老朽化が目立つ感じで朝気付いたんですが入口の下が腐食してました。
あとエレベーターの中が変なにおいがして臭かったです。
そんなに安くない値段ですので対価に見合ってない気がします。
壁紙と床がサイケデリックであまり落ち着きませんでした。

近くで早朝よりお茶会があるので、前泊に利用させていただきました。
お部屋は思ったよりもずっと広く、掃除も完璧です。
設備や備品から、宿泊者に快適に過ごしてもらおうという意気込みを感じました。
受付の女性も、明るくて感じが良く、こちらの状況に臨機応変に対応してくださり、とても助かりました。
最高のコスパだと思います。
また是非利用させていただきたいです。
あとは唯一、全身鏡があれば、着物の着付けがしやすいので、茶道会館の前泊の方にオススメしやすいなと思いました。

太宰府天満宮が近くで、歩いて行けます。

アパートメントスタイルなので、部屋は広々していて楽でした。フロントもチェックイン時の受け付けのみで、通常のホテルのサービスにはなりませんが、充分です。
平日の夕方にチェックインしたので、他に宿泊客がいたのかどうかさえ、分からなかったです。
