Pros: train stations are nearby so transportation was easy. Staff was nice but that’s everyone in Japan honestly. Water pressure and temperature were good. Cons: Room was small. So I weigh about 125 lbs and 5’5 and my husband 145 and 5’8. So we aren’t big people and the room was TINY for us. We had 3 carry on suitcases and 2 backpacks. Also bed/ mattress was awful, very hard. Pillows weren’t great either and we changed pillows a couple of times. Bathroom reminded me a cruise ship so tiny again. Also right nearby there not many good restaurants or cafes but if you walk 10 minutes then you find some things. I would not recommend this hotel unless you were trying to save some money I guess? It wasn’t cheap though so unsure. I don’t know why this place has a 9/10 rating. My husband thinks there is a lot of AI ratings but I would give it a 6/10 overall.

The double room was quite small and the bed was very firm as well as the pillow. There was one softer pillow but we were two people. Would have been nice to have more pillows so we could both have a soft pillow. The carpets had bleach stain but other wise the rooms were clean. I loved the amenities. The face masks and cleansing oils were good quality. We paid extra to change rooms to get 2 beds and that room was a much better size for us. Would stay again in the 2 bed room.

Walking distance from Shinjuku station and there is direct train to Ikebukuro. Room is small but considering the price, it is cost efficient. I highly recommend to people who go out during the day and come back to hotel just to sleep.

Only things concern about is those gaps around the bathtub . The water gets in and might get bad in future for the hotel.

Walking distance from Shinjuku station and there is direct train to Ikebukuro. Room is small but considering the price, it is cost efficient. I highly recommend to people who go out during the day and come back to hotel just to sleep.

The hotel overall was ok...very small room but fine for the time we stayed in the room. Convenient for the train station and plenty or eateries, bars and shops. I would recommend this hotel

This property is conveniently located near a train station that helps us get around Shinjuku and areas much faster. Staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms are smaller but this is usually the case in places like Tokyo.

the hotel is in a great location with everything you need as a traveler. The beds are not the most comfortable but it may have been mine. Overall I would definitely stay again as a solo traveler.
