Great hotel and very affordable! The staff are very nice, check in was super easy, hotel is right beside a 24hr convenience store and close to transportation. Would recommend to everyone and will book again!!

Clean, efficient, slightly out of date hotel. In a great neighborhood, a short train ride to Shibuya station. The lobby is on the second floor, accessed by stairs.

In your description of this hotel, it MUST include that it is not suitable for those with mobility difficulties. The access to the hotel on the second level is a steep stairs from street level. No elevator to the hotel entry; must drag up luggage and bags. Rooms are very small with a 12" step up to the bathroom. The tub is also very high which makes it unsafe to climb into. Although the location is convenient to shops, restaurants, train station, we would not return there or recommend it to others.

Stairs of Main entrance is difficult to accept as the traveler who has carried large carry bag. The solution is using the lift by accessing from back side of building.
