We had a great stay at this hotel. Our room request was fulfilled. Good location, quiet, and the staff (from the cleaners to the manager) were both helpful and courteous. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Shout out to Lakshita who has been quite kind and helpful during our stay.

The hotel is outdated. Furniture in room are missing pieces , some others are fixed with scotch tape , rooms are hit since they haven’t update the ac system ( they use a portable fan in top of the ac unit to help improve efficiency). Rooms don’t have showers so if you have to bathe have to do it on a weird room surround by people . Do not buy the breakfast option unless you are looking for a bunch of weird things ( I can eat anything however I did not touch that meal ). Transportation around the area can be difficult. Eating options just a few

Near bus stop and ferry. We loved the view from our room. There was no shower in the room so have to use public bath which we loved. The staff was very friendly and happy to keep our bag before check-in. They will happily to book any restaurant for you as well but not many options at night. There was a supermarket nearby with good food choices. Japanese breakfast was delicious too including children's option.

Overall, it was a nice stay, but the toilet flush could be improved, and it would be helpful if guests were clearly informed about the meal reservation requirements in advance.

This is a rather old hotel and we had to lay our futon every night. There’s no private shower so we had to take our showers in the public bath area. The staff couldn’t not speak English but the Manager gave us excellent service. He was kind and helpful. He also drove us to the pier to catch the boat to amanohashidate station.

This hotel is right on the water. Parking is free which is great. The staff were very attentive and helpful, making dinner reservations for us. We got a tatami room with futons with a bathroom but no shower, as you were expected to take your shower at the onsen. The onsen was very nice with a view of Amanohashidate. The rooms have limited outlets so we asked for an extension cord and 3 way plug adapter. The breakfast was the best breakfast we had during our trip with multiple dishes and personal burners for the miso soup and for the fish. It was awesome! We really enjoyed our stay here.

Hotel had a beautiful view of the ocean, the breakfast was amazing, and the service was fantastic. But it was a bit outdated, there was no AC in the elevator or the hallways, so it was very hot and humid. The Onsen was quaint but clean. It’s hard to get to without a car.
