The Royal Park Canvas was a great property to base myself at in Osaka. Conveniently located above a tram station meant easy access to get around Osaka. Facilities were great, I used the laundry and ice machines during my stay. The brekfast buffet was also great providing a big range of fresh food for brekkie. Highly recommend!

Staff are nice but can be a little more friendly and welcoming. Not sure if English Language is an issue but felt a little different here than some other hotels that had heartwarming staff even if English language was a little issue. You can tell from one’s attitude and the way people are greeted and welcomed. Prior to booking the hotel, we saw reviews of the breakfast not being good but we enjoyed it. There were a lot of options. Thank you.

Such a cool hotel! Loved the bar and restaurant area. Breakfast and rooms were great. I love this hotel. My daughter loved the cleansing kits!! Bathrooms are amazing- I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Perfect!!!!!!
