Unfortunately, we had higher expectations for this 4-star hotel. We booked a premium king room, but it turned out to be two double beds pushed together… not an actual King. (Not sure if this is common practice in Japan) Cons: - Odour: Every time the toilet was flushed, the room vent released a strong sulphur-like smell. - Water temperature in the shower would suddenly spike to very hot for a second or two, and this happened every few minutes. - Bidet Malfunction: it did not retract after use. - Cleanliness Concern: We found a small zip bag containing unknown pills under the bed… leftover from a previous guest. - The process for the executive lounge wasn’t clearly explained at check-in. We were given a coupon to present at breakfast, but during appetizer/cocktail hours, staff still asked for our room number. Should inform guests at check-in that they’ll need to provide their room number each time (since key card access is restricted to permitted floors, it felt disorganized and unwelcoming). - Dress Code Surprise: Pyjamas were provided in the room, but we were told not to wear them to the executive lounge. It would’ve been helpful to be informed during check-in… especially since our previous hotel in Kawaguchiko encouraged relaxed attire, including pyjamas, at breakfast. Pros: - Excellent: Great selection of food and drinks at the executive lounge throughout the day - Convenient Location: Walking distance to Shimbashi Station, Ginza, and NTV Big Clock - Efficient check out

Great location

Great staff, good location, and large comfortable rooms. Only problem I had was that the WiFi worked well for my phone, but continually stopped when I was trying to use my new Windows Surface computer. I am guessing that their WiFi is metered and would stop when my computer was trying to sync my files to the cloud.

This was a great hotel! My wife and I visited Tokyo for the first time and wanted to find a hotel that was clean, modern, comfortable, and had all the amenities. This was it! We had several excellent interactions with the staff - they strived to meet our needs. The location of the hotel is excellent. The train station is a short walk away along with shopping and restaurants. I have no critical thoughts about this hotel. We will definitely be staying again the next time we visit Tokyo!

Great hotel in Ginza and walking distance to the train station. They do have wifi in the rooms.

Large clean room in a modern hotel in an excellent location for visiting Tokyo. However, the room unfortunately had a faint but persistent odour of sewage that was worsened by flushing the toilet. We had a similar experience in Kyoto so this may be a common issue in Japan. We opted not to complain about it to avoid the hassle of moving rooms.

The location is excellent. Everything is great except the decorations looks a bit old. The staff at front desk did their job efficiently, but we expected they have more smiles and more friendly. One thing needs improvement is the laundry room.

The hotel and room were very tired/dated. Limited facilities.

The Shidome location is very convenient as it's near to about 3 rail stations including the shinkansen. The hotel itself is extremely comfy. Stayed in the (new?) Executive floor (38). Great views. The lounge access was great. Again great views and nice place to relax. Love to return to this hotel, when in Tokyo again. Thank you!

Staff was excellent, room was showing signs of age but was incredibly clean.

Great view of the city

minutes walking distance to the train interchange at the heart of Minato Ku. Able to Oversee the Tokyo tower and Mount Fuji in good weather condition. the only down side is the noise from the trains.

Excellent customer service from staff from booking the hotel, to checking in, and for housekeeping matters. Great location with convenient access to multiple train lines at Shimbashi and Shiodome station. Fantastic experience and would book again.

Incredible property with a very nice feel. You get your moneys worth here and it was truly luxury experience and a perfect way to end the trip. Well located and the view from the room was breathtaking. The room was perfect and well sized with a v comfy bed and the breakfast services were excellent. Highly recommend!

Good hotel but too expensive

Great location, central to everything with underpass to the metro lines. Friendly staff, super clean room every day and food was good too.
