Proximity to Tokyo station and walking distance to the Imperial palace are great. Just find the correct exit from the station and enter from the door on the right. Breakfast in the Atrium is a must do.

Loved my stay here…so convenient to good food and shopping. Only complaint would be that I wish the gym would be open 24hrs. Otherwise it was a awesome experience

Staff, was beyond amazing. Our room was clean, spacious, and quiet with a view of the train terminal below. Breakfast was always stocked with some breakfast items changed daily, but all were presented so beautifully and very good quality. Our stay was 10+ and we would highly recommend the property to anyone looking for such a fine hotel located right at the main train station, with easy access to the airports and the Imperial Palace.

The hotel rooms are as advertised and surprisingly quiet given it's at the Tokyo Station. Service was exceptional. House keeping was amazing, and you never felt like any request was too small or a bother. Nespresso in the rooms along with a kettle. Amazingly hot shower with fantastic water pressure. Highly recommend.
