Great accomodation options. Clean, quiet and great amenities. Location wise based it near the business district and away from busy tourist hubs. However conveniently located near plenty of food, groceries, parks on the doorstep and direct access to a train line to get to everywhere in Tokyo! Highly recommend!

Service was very good, it was quiet. We had one of the larger rooms which was better as my daughter had the smaller one and we would have struggled for space. Having the washer/dryer was amazing and they provided laundry detergent aswell. Would stay in a Tokyu Stay hotel again.

Good space, mini kitchenette and washer + dryer in room was the best. Bed was comfortable. Room and linens were clean. Easy access to transpo and convenience store. Internet was good. Most of all staffs were helpful in sending some of our luggages to the airport as we don't want to carry it with us to Kyoto and Osaka.

Location is excellent but that’s just about the only thing good. We chose this because it had a washer dryer. We could’ve overlooked the cramped room but the no housekeeping thing is terrible. And even when we asked for limited housekeeping, the trash basket was left in the middle of the bathroom after being emptied and they didn’t take the other trash that was near the basket either. We stayed for 6 nights and struggled with trash and towels. Will not stay here again.

Tipical Japanese hotel room that has no wardrobe and no much room to unpack your luggages. The bathroom has famous Japanese toilet, bath tube used as shower and little space for toiletries. Has a washing machine, mini oven, and a kettle in mini, mini kitchenette. Breakfasts available, but you have to collect quite limited selection of cereals, nuts, filter coffee, rice frozen vegetables, frozen fish and frozen ham and cheese sendviches. You have to request new towels and rubbis to be collecter, and it is free. Bad making and cleaning is at an extra fee. Staff is friendly and helpful and place feels safe.

Loved this hotel and it's location to the nearby park, restaurants, and transit. Rooms are clean and breakfast is offered, including interesting frozen options as well as cereal.

Convenient place with friendly staff. Only downside is that it’s a very small hotel room
