Great location. Very close to exit train station, easy to find food around the hotel, walking distance to the central attraction. The room was small but enough for 2 people. Comfortable bed and friendly staff.

Easy check-in and out and gorgeous views from the top floor. Really enjoyed our stay here! In-room laundry was our decision point, was super helpful for us but the standard load time is 4 hours FYI. Spacious room and bathroom, free coffee but expensive breakfast which we skipped. Plenty of convenience stores nearby. Area seemed great for restaurants as well, although we had dinner plans in another neighborhood. Very convenient to Shinjuku station and easy to get around to all of Tokyo from there.

We had a party of two and mailed our luggage from a previous hotel in Osaka. During our week stay, the sheer convenience of the hotel’s location (in proximity to the subway, food, and convenience stores) made the time there worth it. The room itself was a tight fit, but nothing too claustrophobic considering the amenities within the room. Additionally, there was a laundry unit with detergent (washes and dries in the same tub) and microwave in the room which was convenient. The bed itself was slightly firm, and the blankets were soft and clean.

The location was excellent, close to Sinjuko-sanchome and a short walk to Sinjuko Station. Outside the hotel are charming narrow streets with lots of great dining options and convenience shops. Breakfast was a mix of traditional Japanese and western items. Our room was very small, but comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing location for Tokyo right next to a train/metro station which is a must but sadly the rooms are tiny. If you’re staying in Tokyo for a while the economy rooms are too small for 2 people, so worth booking a twin room for the extra space.

The hotel itself is in a great spot! The rooms are TINY but we made it work. At the end of the bed we could fit 1 medium & 1 small luggage. If we had anymore, it wouldn’t have fit in the room. Also, the pillows are completely flat. When we requested extra, we were told they don’t have any but they could make us “towel pillows.” I appreciated the staff trying to help us & being innovative. The towel pillows are literally towels folded inside a pillow case. When placed under the pillow, this provided a little more support so we could sleep more comfortably. Lastly, the room was clean, with the exception of the corners, which desperately needed attention. The rooms were very quiet & they had plenty of extras which as razors, toothbrush, tea, etc. Overall, I’d consider staying here again.

The location is fantastic for getting around Tokyo, and even without travelling there are tons of local options available. The staff were friendly, spoke English and were always welcoming when we were coming and going from the hotel. I will definitely consider staying again on future visits due to the reasonable price, accessible location and friendly staff.
