It's very unique that their room has a laundry washer/dryer. We only stayed for a night and left the next day early.

We had a great stay here, booked two rooms for a family of 4 for about the same price as 1 room elsewhere with 4 twin beds. Room was comfortable and a decent size for Japan. Loved that there was a washer/dryer in the room with its own detergent!! The location was ok, about a 5 min walk from Suidobashi station. There are a number of restaurants and convenience stores within a 5-10 min walking distance, but not one in the hotel. The staff were pleasant, and they were able to hold our luggage after we checked out on the last day so we could continue to tour around before heading to the airport. Comfortable, clean and overall a great place to stay!

Excellent smaller hotel with small room for three people. It was difficult to walk to and from the room to bathroom but we had everything we needed in the room. I can see how this room would not be good for larger people of little kids as it’s tiny. It had a washer and dryer in one and everything else you needed, nothing really to complain. Our family enjoyed the hotel thoroughly and had no issues. Great location to shops and dining. Extremely safe and close to Tokyo dome and many bus/train stations.

Ms Nagato and Ms Wu of the front desk were very helpful. The lobby area was very comfortable to work in, with charging ports easily accessible. However the room did feel pretty dusty and the air purifier didn’t really help much, but given that it’s central Tokyo the mediocre air quality can’t really be helped.

The triple room was extremely small and no room to open suitcase nor table to use. Comforters were not attached to the cover properly so it kept moving inside it which was not professional for the rate they charge. I will not recommend this place.

A wonderful hotel tucked away in by Suidobashi Station. Considering it’s located right by Tokyo Dome City, the area was incredibly quiet and calm. The front staff was polite and very helpful with receiving and shipping our bags with Yamato Shipping. Single-use amenities were located right by the elevators, including multiple kinds of teas, which was a delight. The room was clean, with extra towel changes and cleanings very easy to request. We would definitely stay again for our next trip.

We loved the location. It’s very close to the Tokyo Dome and all its restaurants. The staff were wonderful and it’s on a JR line too. We definitely recommend the hotel.
