Amazing staff - very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very close to the subway station and Ameyoko Shopping District. The complimentary coffee and cocoa are delightful and easily accessible 24/7. Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel and received warm reception from the staff. Thank you!

Hotels near Ueno Station (5 minutes walk), near restaurants There are many stores to choose from (Wagyu beef shop on the opposite side) near Yamashiroya toy shop (almost all toys) near the shopping center Ameyoko market. Impressed.

Good sleep although the room's space is as common in Tokyo, small and compacted. Clean and still new and that was a great location, only steps from Ueno and Okachimachi Station. There is free drink at the front desk, they also provide microwave and washing machine that you can handle anything.

Great location, close to the train station and to the shopping area. The staff was super kind and welcoming. I recommend not taking big suitcases (in general for Japan) because the rooms are quite small, but with a carry-on luggage it is fine and the space is manageable! A lot of amenities, free coffee and tea, self-laundry and vending machines inside the building. Highly recommended, great value for money!
