Small hotel approximately 7 minutes walk from JR station, with plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Staff were very helpful. Comfortable stay, room wasn't overheated like other hotels, with central controlled air conditioning system on warm cycle. Free breakfast with stay, free coffee in the morning till 10am, and free potato soup served 8pm in the evening.

Great hotel in a great location. Plenty of restaurants nearby and close to the train station. Couldn't have asked for any more, but it was also nice to have breakfast included in the morning.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel/room is very clean and it is a walkable distance to the train station. We booked a twin room and the beds were large but the room itself is not that big. So it is a bit of a hassle to find space to open large luggage

Not bad, it’s much better than other same level hotels. Clean, simple, easy to access, and friendly hotel staffs. If you consider staying less than ¥7000 per night in Hakodate, it may be better choice.

Close to railway station walkable.
Friendly service and staff.
The double bed was a little small and very hard so not a comfortable nights sleep.
The bathroom is like an all in one pod inserted into the hotel also compact.
Clean.
Walkable to the ropeway to the famous view!

The parking Uncle was a great guy, with little English - he tried his best to ensure we understands to park our car nicely. In contract was the plump guy at the check in counter - no smiles, no friendliness ...eeee...
The room, breakfast etc were great and location of the hotel to the morning market was excellent
