My room felt spacious enough for a solo traveler. Firm bed is my only minor gripe, but otherwise there is a good desk, plenty of space for luggage, bathroom has everything I need. There is a bit of rail sound from the rail transportation as it passes by. Lots of restaurant and food options at the station nearby, which is about a 5-10 minute walk. There is also a nice little park in between for some nice scenery.

Had an excellent stay at this hotel for 3 days. Train station is just 300m away and well connected to all places in tokyo. Staff and services incl breakfast was very good.

There are actually only two business hotels around Kawaguchi station and this is better than the other. Closer to the station, newer, rooms are a little bigger. Recommended.

Excellent low budget hotel that is conveniently close to Kawaguchi station which will help you get around Tokyo and beyond. The rooms are small, but this is normal for many Japanese Hotels, if you are traveling alone it is perfect! The breakfast buffet every morning was delicious with a very good variety of choices. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, the staff was super friendly, the breakfast was very tasty, and the low cost will help you enjoy Tokyo more. 5/5

Very high value for money hotel, at much lower price relative to other surrounding hotels but of high standard. Even a simple but very eatable breakfast is included. Very good location as only a 5-min walk to large shopping centers. Very satisfying stay indeed even for leisure purpose.

出張の際はいつも使わせてもらっています駅までのアクセスも良いですし、ホテル出入口にはレンタサイクルもあり便利です連泊の際はドアにタオルなど、袋に入れてかけてくださってるのですが、前日分のタオル回収方法等事前に教えていただけてると助かります

喫煙の部屋しかなく、部屋に入る度にタバコの臭いが気になってしまいましたが、それ以外はとても快適でした。ありがとうございました。次回は禁煙の部屋を予約しようと思います。朝食バイキングがついていて、この宿泊料金は大変お得でした。和食も洋食も選べて大変美味しくいただけました。ありがとうございました。お世話になりました。

川口駅から近くて、徒歩でも行けます。宅急便も取り扱っていて、大きな荷物を持って移動しなくてすみました。残念なのは、部屋がタバコ臭かったこと。家族4名で泊まったのですが、タオルの数が足りず、共用した事。
