I love this place. Because the hotel only 5 mins walk to Saitama 新都心 station. The breakfast is local style Japanese good. I will stay there again if i come to Saitama

駅からも近く、コンビニも隣、道を挟んだ前には大きなモールがあり何も困りませんでした。たまアリでのLIVE前の荷物も預かって頂き、身軽でLIVEにも行けましたし、LIVE後も駅を通らず逆からすぐホテルに戻る事ができ、少しホテルで休んでから空いてるたまアリまで行きLIVE後の余韻に浸ることができました。フロントのスタッフの方も丁寧で素晴らしい対応でした。朝ごはんも部屋に持って行きゆっくり食べる事ができました。次、機会があれば必ず利用させていただきたいてす。ありがとうございました。

ホテル内もとても清潔感があり、朝食が無料との事でしたので正直あまり期待してなかったのですが、品数が豊富でとても美味しかったです。なにより朝ごはんの方のスタッフや、フロントの方など対応がとても気持ち良いものでした。また機会がありましたら、ぜひ宿泊したいと思います。

Unplanned stay but disappointing, The bathroom had a strong urine smell. The bed was a hard as a board and the room did not keep out noise (trains or people)

No English speaker at the facility They ask me for my passport to let me check in At the moment I don’t have my passport with me and lady on the front desk didn’t want to let me check in. I pretty much needed to beg her to give me the room. I ask her to make the refund if she was not gonna let me stay in the hotel and she said no. Because according to the Expedia rules was no cancelations. So when I ask her where it said in my Expedia booking where it says that I needed to provide my passport to check in she said “ I don’t know about Expedia rules. I give her my driver license and my credit card as collateral and even like that she didn’t want to let me check in Very frustrating specially being in an emergency situation .,
