帰省中に高速が通行止めになり急遽宿泊。高速ICのすぐ近くで立地が良いです。客室も清潔で、23時過ぎのチェックインだったがスタッフの対応も良かった。
強いて言うなら、朝食に地元食材がなかったので、一品くらい用意していてもいいかと思うが、無料の朝食なので贅沢は言えません。

Very comfortable in an excellent location. Quiet and very clean. Will definitely stay here again. Only one small query was why if I was staying for 2 consecutive days I couldn't go back to the room until after 3pm on my second day.

steps away from shin shirakawa bullet train stations and a short walk to aeon mall, 711,, unfortunately i could not get a non smoking room , i hope they ban smoking rooms indefinitely and jus have a designated area , clean airs for all 👍

My stay was very good. The staff were very professional. There is an issue though. When I arrived from Tokyo, I was 4 hours early. I presented my US passport to the clerk who immediately stated the check in time was at 4 pm. She was not welcoming nor did she offer a place for me to store my luggage. I had to leave the hotel and stand outside in 40 degree Fahrenheit weather in a country I was backpacking through. I was not offered any place to store my 50lbs back pack nor was i assisted to find a place to spend my time waiting. It was an utmost uncomfortable and unwelcoming situation. It did not reflect the character of the people of Fukushima prefecture or the town of Shirakawa.

Good value , no frills business hotel located near the train station. I have stayed in a few toyoko inn hotels and they're identical in terms of design, facilities and services. The front desk at this Shin Shirakawa branch was extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

初めて利用しました。朝食の時テーブルが並んでいたので椅子に座って朝食時間になるまで待っていたら朝食係のおじさん2人のうち1人に場所取り辞めてくださいと言われました。ダメならどこかに書いてください。
他にもスマホ置いて場所取りしていたり新聞読んでる人も場所取りしていたのでちゃんと平等に注意してください。あと受付の女性2人のうち1人ポッチャリしてる方愛想悪いです。言い方もきついです。

機械式駐車場では、車の幅が180までなので近隣の駐車場に停めなければならなく、しかも一般の方も停めるような場所だったので空いているのを確認しながら何か所かぐるぐる回らなければならなかったのが予想外でした。それ以外は普通のビジネスホテルで金額もお財布に優しく満足でした。
