The mattresses where really stiff, but other than that it was a great experience.

Great location for short visit Sorry to say reception desk was never friendly or warm and often unhelpful Found the bed great but pillows uncomfortable

Pros: Clean, cost effective, quiet, and conveniently located next to a train station. A/C worked great. Free breakfast was a big plus, the food was good and filling. The staff have translator devices to help you if you don't speak Japanese. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner were provided, as well as a mini fridge. There are coin laundry machines coin dryers, vending machines, and a microwave available in the lobby. Cons: Beds were very firm and not very comfortable. Directions on cleaning were a little unclear - eventually I understood that they come by to clean every 4 days, and you can't be in the room on that day from 10 to 3 unless you tell them ahead of time to cancel or change the cleaning day. The staff prevented me from using the microwave to heat up dinner one time, I am not sure why. The coin laundry machines and dryers are ok but don't do a great job. There is only one elevator so you may have to wait a while to use it.

Very clean- fresh towels and trash pick up daily, cleaning every 3 or 4 days. Breakfast was good- lots of variety! Super close to the metro station. I don’t know if this will sound very American, but the bed was very, very firm and I know my husband found it very uncomfortable. It was ok for me, but not the best sleep of my life. Also- don't use the microwave with no sign sitting out in the public eating area/lobby! 😆 I got in trouble for that.

Easy check in and check out. Clean room and breakfast are plentiful. Will book again, if in the area.

Everything in the hotel from staff to accomodation was great! The beds were a little tough to sleep on they were a bit hard but aside from that everything was great! Would definitely reccomend and come here again.

A nice hotel within walking distance to many food and transportation options. A nice breakfast with helpful staff.

One elevator is ridiculous for a hotel of this size.

Room is so small and i can hear next door people talking... but other that it was okay

Hard to sleep at night because of snoring noise from the neighbors

Going through renovations through January. Construction noise throughout the day, everyday unless it rains. Don’t expect to rest well if you’re a day sleeper.

Over all was good Staff were very helpful and had a English speaking Member which was very helpful But would like non smoking option I requested it when booking but was ignored in booking I would both recommend and stay again
