横浜スタジアムのすぐそばで、駅からも横浜BUNTAIからも近くて、便利で良かったです。スタッフの方も親切でお部屋も綺麗でした。朝食が無料なのに、品数も多くて助かりました。機会があれば、また利用したいです。

お盆休みにパシフィコでのライブ目的で1名２泊。周りの宿と比較して安価。喫煙部屋だったがにおいはほぼ気にならず。部屋、バストイレも清掃が行き届いている。ベッドも広く快適。窓からは外が周りの建物でほぼ見えず暗い。無料朝食がブッフェ形式でついていて、おかずは種類もあり日替わりなのでとてもよい。シャトルバスがパシフィコに出ているが午前中のみなので注意。中華街が近くお散歩レベルでいける。総合的にはひとり行くビジネスホテルとしては、とても優秀で次回も利用したいレベルでした。

First time stayed with this hotel chain in Japan and it was impressive. The efficiency was outstanding. The price was very good. The double room was nice sized, approximately 170 SF. Much larger than many typical Japanese city hotels. Breakfast was basic but OK. The TV presented a lot of information about the facility, the services (including WiFi instructions), and amenities. Staff's English was not very good, barely adequate. We won't mind staying with Toyoko-Inn hotels again.

駅近、中華街も近く利便性が良かったです。朝食会場の方も挨拶を含め気持ち良かったです。清潔感もありましたが、排水が弱いのと到着時に部屋が熱気ムンムンでしたので改善されたら良いかとは思いました。しかしながら、個人的には許容範囲です。
