キー操作が若干複雑、情報が何回かに分かれて来ていたので少しだけ入室時に戸惑いました。
チェックアウト時もナンバーが送られて来ましたが、ナンバーではなくQRコードを要求されて？？？となりました。でも自分の情報を入力して検索することでチェックアウトも無事終了。
メールもすぐに対応してくれるので不安な気持ちにはならずにすみました。
地元の友人が1時間ほど滞在して盛り上がっていたところあっという間に管理会社から携帯に電話がかかって来ました。これも即時対応が行き届いてる証拠ですね(笑)ただ少し壁？床？は薄いのかな？
洗濯まわりも食器用洗剤もカトラリーも過不足なく揃っていて大満足でした 長期にも向くと思います。

宿に入る時の暗証番号のメールが来ていなかったので、スムーズに入れなかったけど、電話したらすぐに教えてくれたからよかった。洗濯機はあったけど、乾燥機はなかったので、洗濯物が乾かなかった。サーキュレーターがあったら便利だと思った。

建物に入るためのパスワードが必要で、入ってからもタブレットのチェックインパスワードが必要。
事前にメモなどして、手元にあった方が素早くできると感じた。
チェックインが23:00までだけど、エスコンフィールド帰りだと、間に合わず。
23:30ぐらいでも対応していただけてありがたかった！
キッチンのコンロが１つ、レンジ、トースターなども揃っていて、自炊などもできそう！
洗濯機もあり、ハンガーや物干しも準備されていた。
使ってはないが、長期でも滞在できそう！
居心地の良い、宿でした。

札幌駅からは少し離れていますが、地下鉄の駅へは徒歩10分ほどで値段としては納得の立地です
部屋はかなり広めです。
洗濯物干しや洗濯機、食器、洗剤、リンスインシャンプー、冷蔵庫等とりあえず手ぶらできても全く問題ないくらいものが揃っていました
チェックインの受付がビデオ通話かつ英語というのは少しびっくりしましたが、旅行気分を味わえて逆に良かったです
外観、内装、水回りともにとても清潔でした
全く文句なしの宿でした

夏の暑さ対策のためか，エアコンが2階についている．よって，冬にエアコンをつけても，暖気は上に溜まるため，リビングスペースの1階が暖まらない．1階は非常に寒い．壁暖房は力不足．冬に泊まるのはオススメしません．
