Pros - room clean, comfy bed, nice looking building, big pool
Cons - wifi didnt work, elevators were slow/not working, paper thin walls/could hear people in hallway constantly, room amenities very simple/basic, tiny rooms.
Overall not worth the price paid.

It was an uninspiring experience. The elevators were not working - 1/2 wait for 1 elevator. No parking other than a ridiculous $60 valet parking . The windows leaked cold air and the coffee machine did not work. Not recommended. Will not go again

The hotel is fantastic, the history, the service, clean nice amenities. The pool water could have been warmer. The high tea at Zoe’s was so much fun and really tasty. The hot water in the shower was very good. Julian at the front desk gave us great restaurant recommendations. I did to the valet parking, the was worth it to us. Loved seeing all the ice skaters on the canal.
