Nice and clean hotel with very good breakfast!

Very friendly staff! They were able to accommodate all of our needs. Breakfast was great as well.

Convenient clean and reasonably priced. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good breakfast included in the rate.

Only stayed one night but arrived very early in morning on first day. Staff were extremely accomodating and you can pay a little extra for an early Check in. Excellent room, modern, clean and well equipped. Only praise for the staff and their hotel. Thanks

Just a quick stop over. It was a pleasure to have such excellent receptionists with very good English and all other staff in the hotel were fantastic, very friendly and efficient. It was hard to find and we did drive around for quite a while looking for it and the neighbourhood behind the hotel is not very nice certainly NO evening or even afternoon strolls

the room was chilly - otherwise it was perfect - price was excellent - breakfast was reasonable

I was very happy at the Kazzhol Hotel. Everyone was very courteous and extremely nice. The restaurant was great and the breakfast has a wide variety of food. Great location.

The hotel staff was great and welcoming. Everyone spoke English to some level, which made communication very easy. I was able to go to the desk and check in with no issue at all. The hotel had a bellman available 24 hours. He unloaded my bags from the taxi when I arrived and delivered them to the room. Upon checkout at 2:30am he loaded the bags in the taxi. The cafe was also nice and clean. We ate lunch upon arrival and the food was good. The menu was in English and had a wide range of food. The downside of the hotel was the location. It was in a strange location and not well lit on the outside. My room overlooked an apartment building and we could hear noise from the apartments next to me. The beds were comfortable, I opted for a larger room and it was worth the extra expense. This was a short stay that was less than 24 hours, so I did not have a chance to use the pool or fitness center. Since this was a lay-over for me, we had the hotel help us arrange a taxi for 2:30am. They did this and also called my room when the taxi arrived. Again, staff was nice and pleasant.

Hotel situated in the "old" town Astana ( not the new Astana build 1998 dibvided by the river ) as it was at 500lm from my meetings it was ok nice swimming pool and sauna by the way

Отель хорошо отремонтирован. Везде чистота.Номер очень просторный, полностью укомплектован. Завтраки хорошие. Район не самый центральный, но до делового центра можно добраться за 10-15 минут. Персонал вежливый.

Fint indrettet hotel. Roligt. Rent. Pool, motionscenter så fine ud. Restaurant var rigtig god. Morgenmad udmærket/rigtig god Hotellet ligger lidt (50 min gang) uden for centrum. Udmærket vej /fortov at gå på hele vejen. (Taxa er også en billig mulighed) Fint standard hotel. Hjælpsomt personale. Vil gerne bruge hotellet igen.

Понравился ресторан Фергана. Понравилась вежливая отношение персонала. Есть хорошие залы для проведения конференций. Отличный бассейн с сауной и джакузи. Не очень понравилось место расположения отеля. Отель находится далековато от центра города, приходилось пользоваться такси для деловых встреч в центре.
