This place is awesome and the people are amazing. Very kind hearted. Always making sure you are okay. The hotel is great, with many amenities to offer as well. I would recommend you staying here. Like many travelers needing a hotel before or after a Kenyan safari, I initially looked at Western chain hotels because they are more familiar, but more expensive than local hotels. You can save money and have a better experience at the Panari. It’s as clean and safe as the chain hotels. Plus there’s much much to do without leaving the hotel. If you’re a lap swimmer there’s a 25 yard pool. An ice skater? There’s an indoor rink! Movie theater and several restaurants too.

This was my first time in Kenya and a fantastic experience. As depicted in the pictures, the Panari certainly lived up to its prestige. Things I liked: 1) Guest relations, Ms. Claira was EXCELLENT, 5 STARS :) Because we were there for only 12 hours, Claira organized 3 Kenyan experiences, which my wife and I completed in 3 hours. Griffe feeding, need making factory & Maasi Market. 2) The view ot the natural Park with wild animals. 3) The lobby felt very welcoming. Things I did not like: 1) Much-needed upgrade of workout equipment. 2) The shower curtain falls too close to the body. 3) Room service is too slow to respond at times. In all, I would highly recommend this hotel to the next visitor.

This is far from a 5 star hotel It would be lucky to be a 3 star. It is old dated and needs updating. The manager (a male) had no idea when he was quoting hotel terms and conditions. When asked to provide the same, he had no idea. When asked to show on the web site, he could not provide. Indoor pool not heated Overall a very poor experience. Would not stay there again - nor would recommend to anyone. Way too expensive for what it is. Located on a busy road. The shopping mall below was 60% empty and deserted.

Well located near the airport and overlooking the national park, nice view of sunset behind Mt Suswa. Reception friendly and helpful, rooms good size, with fridge but no microwave. Restaurants downstairs are good. We would stay again
