Waridi Paradise Hotel & Suites

The team at Waridi were wonderful, super helpful, and very attentive. Betty at the restaurant was especially friendly in the morning and made for a nice start to the day as we grabbed our coffee and tea I appreciated that they made sure to give us rooms that had bathtubs when I called to make the request and the water pressure and temperature were perfect and made relaxing after a long day at the expo really nice! I would stay here again just for that! There are only two things that I would change: 1. The mattresses are REALLY firm. I requested they bring a duvet or something to make it softer, they stacked two mattress pads and it was still too firm, I ended up sleeping on top of my pillows 2. There is no heat or AC in the room nor is there a ceiling fan. If I left the window open mosquitoes would come in, if I kept it closed the room would get quite hot and stagnant. This was fixed when I requested a fan be brought to my room and they promptly brought one but I imagine they likely may not have enough fans for all of the rooms and perhaps on really cold days the rooms may be hard to warm up in (unless you take a bath of course). Overall there's a chance I would book here again but I would be a bit hesitant simply because of the really firm mattresses. This is something to keep in mind if you have hip or back issues and can't sleep on a super firm mattress.
