The only thing I didn't like is the lack of a sheet on the bed; the covering was ok, but a nice sheet would have made the bed much more comfortable.

Nice, clean modern hotel. 5 minute walk to bus station; 15-20 minutes walk to centre. In 1st room AC not working so staff immediately moved me to another. Restaurant made great local meal ( pre-ordered a few hours before). Staff all spoke English and were very helpful.

Very near to the international bus station. Right in front of 2 super markets. Look up to find the hotel (big sign). Small room, but kind staffs.

I stayed in room 130. The Internet did not work at all, and I complained to the receptionist repeatedly. Also, I asked for my room to be swapped. My request was declined. The final straw was in the morning when I needed to get ready for the airport and I couldn’t shower because the water was ice cold. Again, I mentioned this to the receptionist on two occasions and nothing was done about it. I had to leave for the airport without a shower. This hotel wasn’t cheap either. Furthermore, taxi drivers seem to always take the wrong turning when driving you to this hotel.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel functional rather than luxurious, but good value for the money. Rooms vary in size - we were surprised initially to be placed in a tiny room, despite having booked six months in advance, but were moved as soon as we pointed this out.

Nice hotel, with good service 5-10 minute taxi ride from town.centre. Rooms are incredibly smokey, if you are a non-smoker ensure you book non-smoking and make it very clear on booking.

Very neat hotel near the bus station, staff is exceptionally friendly and all speak very good English. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also very good with a wide variety of options available. Overall a very good experience.

Nice enough new 4 star hotel. Plus points was that is was clean and conformable. Minus points was that the TV had very few channels (about 12) and you are about 10 to 20 minutes taxi ride to the centre (€3).

Hotel was a bit difficult to find but once there it was a very nice experience. The room was clean and well appointed. The staff were EXCELLENT - friendly and very responsive to our questions and needs. The breakfast was much more than we had expected from our experiences at other hotels. All in all, it was a very positive experience. We would stay there again without reservations.
