The hotel staff Ail and Ahmed are very helpful and explained everything about the hotel... location was excellent very clean room

Worst view ever, I paid extra to get a sea view. However I got a lower floor room with a restaurant building infront of me I think it was fast food with children playing area and very noisy. I was expecting a nice peaceful view and a quiet seating in the balcony however I was very disappointed. The check in took forever I waited a long time for the room to be cleaned and a lot of time was wasted just waiting. My visit was short I enjoyed all the hotels in Lebanon however this was a great disappointment and waste I really hoped that I had a better experience in Beirut with scenic views instead a got a great disappointment. I must mention the resecptionist was the best thing in the hotel. She was very sweet and polite, she tried to assist me as much as possible but there was not much she could do

yes, we had a balcony room with sea view, the staff were very accomodating when we asked for late checkout. Also, the airport shuttle made a big difference, a brand new electric van.

Nice and knowledgable staff . There was a minor problem the suite we have supposed to have a king bed which it did and in the outer room sofa bed to sleep third person Later that night we realized that the sofa will not be a bed so we had to call front desk and have a portable bed delivered The ned was narrow and to say the least not comfi Early morning we left to airport for overseas flight So did we get assigned to a different suite Booking confirmation that suite slle 3 adult easy

All was very good except the heating did not work properly and the refrigerator was not working. I asked to have them fixed. The heating was not satisfactory and the fridge was not fixed. Parking is a challenge.
