My stay at the Radisson Collection Astorija in Vilnius was nothing short of exceptional. It is genuinely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the beautiful Old Town, making it easy to explore all the main attractions on foot. The hotel itself combines historic charm with modern luxury, creating a unique and elegant atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail carefully thought out. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. What truly made the experience memorable, however, was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay perfect. If you're visiting Vilnius and looking for a luxury hotel with exceptional service, a fantastic location, and beautiful facilities, I can't recommend the Radisson Collection Astorija highly enough. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone without hesitation. Look forward to going back

Very nice clean hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms but very poor customer service. The hotel has almost 200 rooms but only had one person at the front desk to check people in so we had to wait more than 30 minutes even though many other employees, and the manager passed and watched us waiting. At other times when I asked questions to the front desk about directions or where a souvenir shop it they were super unhelpful and indifferent.

Beautiful hotel and great location, but payed extra for a balcony view and ended up suffering for it. Fridays and Saturdays it seems a restaurant across the street blasts party music late evening until 2 am and everything can be heard through the closed doors/windows. To make things worse restaurant did not stop the music at closing time, and we were left sleepless until 2.30am while they finally settled down and the crowds dispersed. Considered asking for new room but packing everything up at 1am would have been just as frustrating. Then at check out we had to wait 20 minutes to check out because their computers were freezing up and only one staff member was available to do all the checkouts.

Extremely comfortable and plush hotel right in Vilnius Old Town. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and facilities like shower worked wonderfully. Hotel is close to plenty of bars and restaurants too.

We stayed 4 nights, hotel location is walking distance to many cafes, shops and restaurants. Hotel staff was attentive and professional throughout our stay. Chris was helpful when explaining the layout between the two separate buildings. Our only complaint was that the room’s location in the secondary building required using two elevators and walking through the corridor each time, which felt a bit inconvenient especially when carrying luggage or returning late at night.

An excellent hotel just next to the Rotuses square. Ample of restaurants and places of interest around. The hotel itself is in immaculate condition, staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and have everything you need for your stay. I also lived breakfast options and of course the view from the dining room

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. The hotel was recently renovated which is a plus! Only downside was that the breakfast was pricey compared to just going out and getting a proper breakfast for half the price. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Checkin was a little slow due to only one person. Hotel location was perfect for walking around the old town and also only a 10-15 mins walk from the train station (also a McDonalds and a supermarket at station). Room was divided into a small bedroom with TV and a reception room with a small table and a wardrobe. Bathroom was nice with a large walk-in shower. Aircon was odd - it could not be altered when the window was open. Took me an awhile to figure this out and only did so when I found a tiny sign in a different room - should be next to aircon unit! Another oddity was the bedside lamps. Spent ages switching all the light switches off I could find, no obvious switch on lamp. Finally found you had to lift the lamp hood up to see underneath where there was a small switch! Breakfast was OK. WiFi was OK. TV was good for English language news.

They hid the fact that the spa, pool and gym were closed, buried away in the listing for the hotel. Severely disappointed when I arrived and found this out. Asked to speak to a manager multiple times, which no one followed up on. Quite pathetic. Room was super average with a view of a wall. Not worth the money at all. I could’ve stayed in 20 different hotels that had better facilities for a fraction of the price. Not cool, will never stay at Radisson again
