Guestroom - 8/10. Very good size. Previous guest’s cigarette packet showed that the room could have been cleaned better… Bathroom - 10/10. Good size, nice shower, toiletries and towels etc. Bed - 10/10. Very nice, large comfy bed. WiFi - 10/10. No issues. Gym - N/A. Didn’t use. Breakfast - 10/10. Good variety and good quality. Staff - 10/10. All very good. Hotel - 10/10. Very good. A little out of the way as others have said, but with the free tram just minutes away you can get to wherever. A few very good restaurants also within walking distance a few tram stops towards the airport. Would recommend.

This was a mediocre hotel but it was far from everything we had planned to do and felt very removed. It also was not the cleanest and the staff were not the kindest at this hotel. Additionally, when we went to our room there was a staff person with another woman in our room and acted strange that we came in. It was an uncomfortable experience but the amenities were nice.

While initially I reported to Expedia that the checkin was wonderful, we discovered upon checkout that many mistakes had been made. The front desk, upon checkout, was rude and unhelpful. I had proof that I had paid more than two months in advance for the breakfast buffet (and upon check in it had been confirmed). Yet, on check out another worker repeatedly attempted to charge 32 euros per day for the already-paid-for buffet. He stalled for more than 15 minutes and was argumentative. This is NOT hospitality OR vacation!!! No apology. Additionally, the room furnishings were stained and in need of replacement.

Friendly reception staff. The cleanliness of the room could be a little better. Marks on the wall. The bathrobes could be changed. One was worn, one new. Coffee machines are available only in certain rooms. The dinner menu have interesting and tasty choices.

The air condition didn't work. It was very hot in the room! The second day in the morning we were at the reception to tell them about this problem. They said, it will be ok the next night. As we returned in the evening, it was the same, to hot. We coudn't sleep well. We paid over 9
