Friendly staff and very convenient location next to tram and close to commuter bus lines.

Amazing decor, contemporary, one of best hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. Amazing breakfast- kids are free with a paying adult, which is great. Top notch restaurant with nice patio. A few blocks to the free tram that runs all the time - to old town or back to airport.

Excellent location - quiet and safe - immaculate conditions

The hotel was spacious and great for the price. There is not much around the hotel, although there are a few good restaurant options. Also, the tram, which is free, is just outside the hotel and takes you into the old part of the town.

Exceptional, the entrance is really classy and welcoming, as we're the staff. They couldn't do enough to accommodate us. The hotel is spacious and the beds were very comfy! It was quiet and in a good location. Plus the bathroom was lush! A few minutes away from the tram which took you straight into the centre :-) thank you for our stay

Very convenient location right across the street from the Philharmonie. Quick tram ride to the old town area. And trams in Luxembourg are free. The room was great, free wifi. Parking right out front. Breakfast buffet a bit over priced. I really liked the large water refill station on the floors.

Very friendly staff and clean place

1 night stay just before Christmas - hotel staff were excellent, was expecting to pay for parking but receptionist suggested I sign up to an ‘Accor Live Limitless’ account which makes parking was free (result!). Room was a good size but one issue was the hot water in the shower. Even with the temperature turned up as hot as possible the shower water was a little tepid (it was better using the hand held shower rather than the rose in the ceiling…….but would expect better). Also the air conditioning did not seem to react to changing temperature on the thermostat - ended up sleeping with the window open to cool the room down. Breakfast was excellent & appreciated the free coffee & filtered water facility available as you exit the lift to your floor (I assume this is replicated throughout the hotel). Did not have time to use any other facilities.

After problems with the original accommodation that we had booked (which wasn't Novotel), it was a relief to be greeted by such friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and very comfortable, breakfast was excellent and the location was ideal for exploring Luxembourg. The centre was easily accessible by tram, or via a very nice walk through the old fort. My kids loved it!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a full buffet of the things you would expect at breakfast and more.

Hotel is good but its restaurant and reception are going through refurbishment, meaning that entrance is only accessible by stairs (not great for baby strollers). Breakfast and dinning options available at nearby hotels. Overall good, but would prefer to return after the refurbishment.

Everyone here is so welcoming, friendly and accommodating to your needs and wants. It’s clean, spacious, and peaceful and it's close to shopping centres with plenty of food options. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone who wishes to visit and stay here; it's also easy to navigate as a foreigner who speaks English (and if you speak French or German)
