Arrived at Macau at around 10 AM from a midnight flight with elder. Greeted by Jane in the receptionist. Got an early check-in and upgraded our room so my parents got a decent time to rest before strolling Macau. They gave us a city map even guiding how to get to Hong Kong that suitable for elders. Jane is wonderful. Thank you!

Special thanks to Front desk staff Edgar for making efforts to help us locate a Japanese restaurant nearby, as well as helping us to arrange transport, seeing I have an elderly mum. The driver sending us to the bridge is also very helpful, assisting us with the process of crossing the border, buying bus tickets, and immigration. The staff always help us with the luggage. Thumbs up to their excellent service. All the staff are attentive and friendly, hotels are big, clean, and comfortable. Going around is easy and just beside Sands Hotel. We'll stay here again if going to Macau.

The rooms are spacious, from the airport 10 minutes by taxi. Excellent facilities okay dikamar, very satisfied stay here. View from the fitting room to macau tower, suitable for traveling with partner or family. There is free shuttle too so if you want to go anywhere nice.

The staff was very helpful. The room was very spacious. Our room was upgraded to a sea view room. They have a mini playground for kids inside the restaurant. It made my kids very happy. The location was very near to the ferry terminal. You can just walk from the hotel to the terminal.
