No complaints about this hotel. The location is near bus stops, many restaurants around, and a 24-hour supermarket. Got early check-in and a very spacious room. The room is very quiet. The water shower is very good.

Nice hotel. Very close to the Macau ferry terminal. The rooms are very big and clean. The hotel staff are also very friendly and helpful about info about Macau. There is a shuttle bus between the hotel and the ferry terminal every 30 minutes. In front of the hotel there is a mini market too.

Standard gambling hotel property. Large, clean rooms that are a bit impersonal but have all the basics incliding a comfy bed. Robes and a full selection of toiletries provided. Front desk people were surly and unpleasant at both check in and checkout. Hotel on the upper end of the strip but that made it peaceful. Walkable to the ruins and Senator Square and the bigger, more popular casinos at the bottom of the strip. Not a lot of dining choices around the property, but there is an in-house restaurant and café (didn't look interesting so i didn't try). It's very close to the outer harbour ferry terminal which is a bonus. Overall a good place to stay except for the cold staff.

We stayed at this hotel because it was the cheapest option compared to others and it has a pool. We were looking forward to it. Pool access is free; however, we need to pay an additional MOP 50 per person just for the swim cap/shower cap, which we thought would be free for all guests. We were a bit disappointed, so we ended up not swimming and decided to use the MOP 50 for our dinner instead of the swim cap. Lol. Still we recommend this hotel and near the ferry terminal and bus stop.

The room is roomy. We added an extra bed and the extra bed is comfy than expected. However, the towel has a dead insect attached that scared me off. The hair blower is working well except it cannot be turned off. We can only “turned it off” by unplugging it.

It has a pool and it's very clean. But the air conditioning is set so low, it's actually very, very cold. Stayed 2 days, it never got warmer and I had trouble sleeping.
