We had a pleasant stay here at hou kong hotel Macau. The room is spacious and clean. The staff is willing to help in all our needs and give suggestions so we can spend less. The location was great and accessible. Famous Macau landmark and shopping area are walking distance from the hotel.

Staying at the Hou Kong Hotel is the best place to stay in Macau. The price is quite affordable for a family room (4 people). There's no room deposit required. If you're lucky, you'll meet a friendly and kind Indonesian receptionist. If you want to visit the Ruins of St. Paul or other nearby attractions, you can walk.

The room size is sufficient for Macau. And access to the main road 200m is quite practical if you want to take the bus. You can leave your suitcase and bag there.

The staff had a hard time speaking English, but overall it was still understandable. The location of the hotel is quite close to everywhere. The room was actually comfortable, just a bit dirty and not cleaned thoroughly. We found a used contraceptive under the mattress and were a bit shocked.

I had a total of 25 + bed bugs over the course of 2 days, really sure its from them because it was the only bed we felt very itchy sleeping on. Service desk is pretty good but not sure why when we had to go airport they could not help us to get a taxi at all. Location is quite far from lots of place.

The room is quite clean and spacious, it's just a shame that when you enter it still smells of cigarettes, so you have to open the window to get rid of the smell. The receptionist is a little less friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable to be at. The place is very accessible to convenience stores and San Malo. The receptionist assigned in the morning is very helpful and friendly. However, the one in the evening might need to work on it more.

Good location only a few steps from the main road, easy to load and unload luggage from the cab. Walking distance from bus stop and to Senado Square. Receptionist was a nice lady, very polite, and put extra effort to communicate through Google Voice. Booked for 3 people, one double bed and a single bed. The double bed was OK. Common bed. However, the single bed was a thin mattress. This needs to improve. Those who booked a room with 3 single beds will all get this type of bed. Bathroom OK, clean and bright. The cleaning boy was an Indonesian man, it's good to have someone local that can speak in our language.

The place is difficult to find because it is a bit inside. Many people don't know the address of this hotel. But after knowing the address, it is quite strategic from St Paul. Hard hard. There is a deposit of 100 dollars.
