Conrad Macao was definitely one of my favourite hotels. The entire hotel from outside and inside was very clean & luxurious. It is connected to the Londoner hotel and has an accessible shopping mall so you don’t have to walk outside in the heat! All the hotels are almost all connected, almost like Las Vegas. The room felt really grand, it almost made me feel like royalty.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Conrad Macau, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is excellent — the rooms are beautifully appointed, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to offer a luxurious and relaxing stay. What made our visit truly memorable, however, was the absolutely wonderful service provided by the staff. In particular, Ms. Ada and Mr. Vincent Lin went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and special. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were simply extraordinary. They made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured every aspect of our stay was perfect. The ownership of Conrad Macau is truly fortunate to have such dedicated and outstanding employees like Ms. Ada and Mr. Vincent Lin. Thanks to them, our experience was not just great — it was exceptional. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Macau.

Love all the Conrad hotel staff. Room is awesome, wonderful checkin experience and room service. Turn-down service at 6pm is punctual and room attendant reply to all our needs in a written note for all nights. Helpful, friendly and always look out to help anyone in need. Really love the ambience and the cleaniness. Highly recommended

Ok casino hotel

This hotel is in the middle of everything. Walkable to other casinos and shopping malls.

Our stay at the Conrad/Londoner was fantastic - we were treated particularly well by guest services, especially by Pan, and he made our stay very special.

Staffs went to extra mile to make sure our needs were met eg. brought us outlet adaptors, charging cables. Checkin and concierge staff were helpful and friendly. Calls to service line were picked up quickly. The only thing that can be improved is the tv remote control. We stayed in two rooms during our visit. Both tv controls did not work. The one in the last bedroom continued not working after the technician came.

We have a fantastic stay. Hotel is very beautiful and modern. Staffs are very helpful. Great amenity: room upgrade, complimentary airport, transportation, luggage service. Excellent service.

Every hotel staff I have met treat you like a valued customer. They are genuinely interested to offer you the best service and travel advice. I am really looking forward to return to this hotel somewhere day. Unfortunately, I don't enjoy some perks because I don't visit the casinos. But the shopping across the bridge in Venetian is simply outstanding. The gym facilities and staff including free yoga and body training classes were simply something I have not expected before in any other hotels and cruises! I wish I had booked for a longer stay. I stayed only 3 nights because most reviews suggest a shorter stay.

3 of us stayed over the past week. exceptional and attentive service. Brought over a birthday cake just after midnight for us too ! It was a delicious chocolate cake. _Room was spacious with 2 comfortable queen beds, a large bathroom, and views of the Cotai Strip and Taipa and the big ben. The room was equipped with all the modern amenities I needed, including a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and complimentary Wi-Fi. There is a nespresso machine and kettle. Just wished there was green tea in the tea selection. Also wished there were 3 cups instead of only 2 each. The Conrad Macao offers an impressive range of facilities, including a rooftop pool, a fitness center, and a spa. The pool has offered views of the surrounding area of Venetian and big ben. The Conrad Macao is located within walking distance to several major casinos, shopping malls, and entertainment venues. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle bus service to and from the airport, as well as to various locations around Macau.
