My mum fell down in Venetian. I asked the staff in Parisian for help. They sent 3 medical personnel to the room to attend to my mum. They were well trained and very helpful

Everything was amazing, from the staff to the room. The views were stunning and the staff all spoke English and Chinese fluently. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. It was totally worth it!

A Wonderful Stay at The Parisian Macao for a family of 6 including 4kids
Our experience at The Parisian Macao was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless and welcoming. The staff member who assisted us was incredibly professional and kind, setting the perfect tone for our stay—unfortunately, I forgot his name, but his outstanding service was truly memorable.
The room was top-notch, offering both comfort and elegance, making our stay feel truly luxurious. The swimming pool was nothing short of amazing, providing a refreshing retreat with a beautiful atmosphere.
Dining at the buffet was an absolute delight—five-star quality with a diverse selection of delicious dishes that satisfied every craving. The concierge service was equally impressive, with helpful and kind staff who ensured all our needs were met effortlessly.

The hotel is quite stunning. My only issue is that even though I asked for a high floor room far from the elevator, I was given this but with the worst view possible. Overlooking an aircon farm is not what I had in mind and when I commented upon check out I was told that it had to do with the rate I paid. Not true and frankly bad customer service/attitude. Besided this the hotel is well kept and comfortable

We stayed three nights at this hotel. It is a large property to get around but it is so clean friendly and staff are amazing. We found the bed a little hard but staff arranged for topper pad for us. Pool area is beautiful. We loved the parisan cafe on level 5 and had breakfast thete twice. Great pice for set breakfast. We would recommend yhis hotel to other travellers.

Queue to check-in was very long. Luckily got a kid so able to skip the queue. Staff are friendly. Many restaurants to eat around. It’s a casino hotel. So not as comfortable as a relax hotel. A bit rowdy for my liking. Overall still ok.

The carpet in the rooms were a bit dingy, probably closer to 3.5 or 4 star at best. Also, they didn't seem to happy that I didn't need my room cleaned after my first night there. I was napping in afternoon because of jet lagg and was woken by a call from front desk asking what's going on and to make sure I turn off the "do not disturb" button next day. Didn't appreciate their tone on the call, kind of rude.
