At first I thought the hotel's location was kind of far from nearest station and from the places we want to explore.. turned out the location is so good.. its quite near to places we want to visit, especially near chinatown. If you're looking for a location that isn't as packed as Bukit Bintang, this might be for you. Overall the room is clean, and quite spacious. I had the best time staying in this hotel with my husband.

Beautiful place, loved the concept especially the fact that there is a co-sharing kitchen - perfect for those that likes to prep their own meals (This was really a plus point for me). Comfy bed and the accessibility to Petaling street was superb. Wifi could be improved. But other than that I’d say 4.8 over 5 ❤️ And also love theeee local art in the room! Will definitely drop in again.

This is a brand new hotel under Ascott management. The room was spacious enough and the amenities are superb. So glad that I don't need to buy water since they provide 3M drinkable water tap on the mini pantry on the galley. The staff are friendly and nice. But the housekeepers are the best part of this hotel. Super friendly and nice. Very close to Masjid Jamek, Mydin, Petaling, and Kuala Lumpur tower.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. However, one downside was the parking situation, as there were no designated parking right next to the hotel. The nearby open-air parking charges RM20 per day, and it’s mostly used by office workers from Maybank. Fortunately, I was able to find DBKL parking across the hotel, though parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Despite this, my overall experience was excellent, and the hotel’s location is very convenient for exploring the city cente

Our room was unfortunately close to the main road and there was a roadworks around midnight. Luckily, it only lasted from about 11 to 1 am. Then we had another problem with the bathroom, the pipes were really noisy n the water from there kept running all the time like every 10-15 min. We had no idea why, but we were too tired to ask for a room change. Unfortunately, my husband couldn't sleep well because of it. We're not comfortable with the AC position because the wind was directly to our bed. Also, the breakfast menu option was limited, but the taste was ok.

The hotel staff is friendly, the food is not varied and bathroom facilities such as toothbrushes have to be asked for, they are not provided directly in the hotel room, so far ok...

Positives - room was 100% spotless. Wi-Fi was strong enough to support streaming without any buffering. Breakfast is cooked to order and tastes superb, but the menu is limited (5-6 options only). Negatives - no drop-off/pick-up point (hotel entrance is a busy main road). No hotel parking. The next door open carpark is managed by touts and not by a proper company. Room soundproofing can be improved. I did not have a chance to explore the facilities as they were closed for a private event during the 3 days that I was there.

I love the hotel concept—simple, trendy, and very suitable for young travelers. The location is great, just 5 minutes from Petaling Street and 8 minutes from Central Market (Pasar Seni). However, there are several areas that need improvement: TV in the Room: It would be helpful to provide cable TV as an option. Currently, only local Malaysian channels are available, which can be quite limiting for guests who want more variety. Daily Housekeeping Service: I understand that linen changes may be done every two nights, but daily cleaning and tidying up the bed and room should be a standard service. This would greatly enhance the overall experience. Limited Staff at the Restaurant: Kudos to the lady who managed the breakfast service alone at the cafe; She was very skillful, and the food was amazing. However, other staff members only arrived at 8:00 AM, while breakfast service starts at 7:30 AM. It would be beneficial if additional staff could arrive earlier to prevent any chaos in the open kitchen and improve the guest experience. Overall, the rest of the experience was good. The reception staff were super friendly and talkative. My overall score for this hotel is 7.8/10. Thank you.
