Comma Hotel

Room was not clean at all, beddings had large stains and dust all over. TV had physical damage to the screen and not usable. Will never return to this place ever.

Until the night and can check in quickly, can immediately rest. But there was no breakfast even though the message was breakfast but so far it was fun.

Add 3 more nights because the operating schedule has been postponed. It's convenient at comma so don't move around anymore looking for another hotel. The hotel is clean and certainly cheap.

Cleanliness is lacking, sheets are not clean too.

The room was as expected for single person. But the bath soap and tissue have to request. They didn't bother to check before hand. Location wise is good. The staffs are helpful. It is nearby eatery.

Booked for a 2 bed room but got a one queen bed room when I requested for a change the guy who was not service oriented at all said I had to pay extra for change of room. We will check out tomorrow you can keep the money and we will go to a better hotel will never ever book a YO-YO (OYO) Hotel! Ridiculous

The room provided does not fit into the selection. Family room accommodates 5 people but only has 1 double bed and 1 double ducker bed. The floor does not cover the carpet only cement alone, solid room dungeon.

When going into room, the room smelling and feel dirty for bed also. No towel supply for room, need going down lobby request, only give you a very old towel. Won't go back again.

Left behind items lost, items left missing, items left behind missing.

Unfriendly front office stuffs, the lobby was so hot without air-conditioning, wifi was so bad even full coverage, the room was dirty, staying there for 3D2N, but no housekeeper clean my room, needs to collect towels ourselves at the lobby.

Refer to the hotel condition it was bit worse in cleanliness, and some more no pillow is provide in the room, and the TV have not function disappointed staying although it shown in apps is quite nice.

Receptionist wasn't at the front desk, need to wait a little while to check-in. Room condition was okay for the price.

Thanks for the cool hotel near my vicinity. Hope can stay again. Nice budget hotel.

Items left in the hotel room do not exist after being repeatedly confirmed to the hotel.

The room is okay. I pay included breakfast but no food prepared in the cafe and bad reception job, no staff to contact in the morning. Lucky got mamak nearest.

Bed sheet looks old, no lift available, too small space, toilet is clean, air-con functions well, water dispenser available, overall is ok if you don't have high expectation and just want to book hotel to sleep only.

Flammable Floor, not in .. Help improve.

The saving grace of Comma Hotel is a clean bathroom but not even a hook to hang your clothes whilst showering. The room is very small, more suitable for a single bed, very basic, metal bed! Not even a proper chair in the room except a plastic stool. Very peculiar, carpeted staircase up to 1st floor, 2nd-floor cement flooring, inclusive of the room, painted cement flooring. Need lots of improvement to be a 2 Star. Breakfast provided as booked but was told DIY 3-in-1 coffee and if you want bread then the staff will get it from next door, a 7-eleven outlet, that's all you call breakfast. Thank You.
