The best part is the spacious space which provide you sufficient space even if you come in a group of people. It's a perfect spot for those who refer to enjoy your stay within the walking distance to the nearby Attraction Spot.

Facilities

Entire 1,300 sqf apartment including Gym Room at facilities floor. There will be aircond equipped for all the room and common area, and also water heater for all bathroom. Basic kitchen set and washing machine are provided as well. One carpark will be provided in the premise and if you come with more than one car, please inform me when booking, i will arrange for you.

Things to Note

1) For guest who are driving, there will be one parking lot in the premises provided. If you come in more than one car, there will be space for you to park as well. Please inform me when you book. 2) For guest from overseas, Airport Pick Up can be arrange upon request with additional transportation fee.
